Rancangan Cafe Healthy Untuk Meminimalisir Peningkatan Penyakit Tidak Menular Melalui Makanan Dan Minuman Herbal
Abstract
Health drinks of Cinnamon Bar (Cinnamomum burmanii L.) and Secang Wood (Caesalpinia sappan L.) for people with Diabetes Mellitus, cholesterol and hypertension have been widely studied by academics which can be concluded that the combination of cinnamon and secang wood extracts can increase the potential antioxidant activity of cinnamon extract. The purpose of this activity is to improve community skills in making health drinks of Cinnamon Bar (Cinnamomum burmanii L.) and Secang Wood (Caesalpinia sappan L.) as a blood sugar reducer for people with diabetes, cholesterol and hypertension, the creation of community businesses in the form of health drink products that can increase endurance, a combination of Cinnamon Bar Bar (Cinnamomum burmanii L.) and Secang Wood (Caesalpinia sappan L.) and various types of herbs in Indonesia.; and the establishment of a partnership between the Poltekkes Kemenkes Makassar and the Maccini Sombala Village, Tamalate District. In achieving the goals and targets, the activity plan includes: Counseling and training to the community on skills in making health drinks from Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum burmanii L.) and Secang Wood (Caesalpinia sappan L.), types of tea and various other herbs. The outputs of the activity are in the form of one community service module, a community service journal and one IPR.
Minuman kesehatan Batang Kayu Manis (Cinnamomum burmanii L.) dan Kayu Secang (Caesalpinia sappan L.) untuk penderita Diabetes Mellitus, kholesterol dan hipertensi telah banyak diteliti oleh akademisi yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi ekstrak kayu manis dan kayu secang dapat meningkatkan potensi aktivitas antioksidan dari ekstrak kayu manis. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatnya keterampilan masyarakat dalam membuat minuman kesehatan Batang Kayu Manis (Cinnamomum burmanii L.) dan Kayu Secang (Caesalpinia sappan L.) sebagai penurun gula darah pada penderita diabetes,Kolesterol dan hipertensi, terciptanya usaha masyarakat berupa produk minuman kesehatan yang dapat meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh, kombinasi Kulit Batang Kayu Manis (Cinnamomum burmanii L.) dan Kayu Secang (Caesalpinia sappan L.) dan berbagai jenis herbal yang ada di Indonesia.; dan terjalinnya kemitraan antara Poltekkes Kemenkes Makassar dengan pihak Kelurahan Maccini Sombala Kecamatan Tamalate. Dalam pencapaian tujuan dan target, maka rencana kegiatan ini mencakup: Penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat tentang keterampilan dalam membuat minuman kesehatan antara Kulit Batang Kayu Manis (Cinnamomum burmanii L.) dan Kayu Secang (Caesalpinia sappan L.), jenis – jenis the dan aneka herbal lainnya.. Adapun luaran kegiatan berupa satu modul pengabdian masyarakat, Jurnal Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dan satu HaKI.
